How an Ethereum signal is built

Each cycle reads live features for ETH — momentum, order-book pressure, funding, open interest, volatility and macro context — and asks the model for a decision. A published signal fixes the entry, the stop-loss, and both targets before the market resolves anything. Reaching take-profit 1 before the stop scores a win and moves the stop up to TP1; the position then rides toward TP2.

Signals expire after 24 hours if neither level is reached. Across all instruments 170 signals have expired that way and are excluded from the win rate.

What makes Ethereum different to trade

Ethereum tracks Bitcoin closely most of the time, which is the first thing that matters for signals. When the two are highly correlated, an ETH signal and a BTC signal in the same direction are close to the same bet, not two independent ones.

• Beta to Bitcoin. Ethereum usually moves further in the same direction. That widens both the target and the stop in percentage terms, and makes volatility sizing matter more than it does on Bitcoin.
• Its own flow. Staking, restaking and large protocol events add supply-and-demand pressure Bitcoin does not have, which occasionally breaks the correlation.
• Deeper reactions to funding. Ethereum perpetual funding tends to swing harder than Bitcoin's, so crowded positioning unwinds more violently.

The model treats every instrument independently and can hold ETH and BTC in opposite directions when the features disagree. It does not size positions against one another, which is why an open book is a set of separate ideas rather than a portfolio.

Reading a single asset's numbers

Per-asset rates are the noisiest figures on this site. 119 resolved signals is a small sample, and small samples move a long way on a handful of outcomes. The system-wide 59.4% over 1044 resolved signals is the number to weight most heavily, with the per-asset split useful mainly for spotting whether one instrument is carrying everything.

One concrete way to see this: the difference between the strongest and weakest instrument in the table above looks dramatic, but most of those rates are computed from twenty to thirty signals. Intervals that wide overlap almost completely, which means the ranking is not yet stable enough to act on.
